• Existing users of all the above apps namely My Airtel app, Wynk Music, Wynk Movies App, Wynk Games app will also be eligible to avail the Offer and can claim the same in accordance with the steps laid down above.

T&C – Airtel Entertainment Offer:

1. The Airtel Entertainment Offer allows an Airtel Customer to be eligible for free access to otherwise chargeable content exclusively on Wynk Music, Wynk Games and Wynk Movies. (‘Airtel Entertainment Offer / Offer’)
2. Customers on Airtel Data only may enjoy the benefits of the Offer (‘Eligible Customer’).
3. An Eligible Customer must download the Wynk Movies, Wynk Music and / or the Wynk Games application (collectively ‘Wynk’) from an Application store. Upon signing in on Wynk as an Airtel Data customer, the Eligible Customer shall automatically receive communication on their device explaining the benefits that they are entitled to under the Offer and how the same shall get activated.
4. The scope of the Offer is limited to free access to otherwise chargeable content on Wynk Music, Wynk Movies and Wynk Games.
5. An Eligible Customer may enjoy the following under the Offer:
a. Free Music : Free Wynk Plus subscription worth Rs. 99 per month
b. Free Movies : Free subscription with access to 5 movies per month, either from Eros Now or from Hooq Bytes (Hooq Bytes content shall however be available only for the Prepaid Airtel Customers)
c. Free Games : Free subscription to Wynk Games worth Rs. 99 per month
6. Data consumption on these services towards streaming and / or downloading will be charged/ deducted as per the Data packs purchased by the Eligible Customer.
7. Once claimed, the terms and conditions of the data pack purchased by the Customer as well as the terms and conditions of Wynk and its plans shall be applicable and the liability of Airtel as provider of the Airtel Entertainment Offer shall cease.
8. The Airtel Entertainment Offer/Offer is valid for Airtel Data Pack subscribers in India only.
9. The benefit from the Offer is non-transferable and the content may be enjoyed by the owner of the specific Airtel Data Pack only.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each Eligible Customer and by signing in on Wynk to enjoy the benefits of the Offer as an Eligible Customer, you accept the same as binding upon you.
11. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Offer with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer in the interim, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any Eligible Customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.
12. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the Eligible Customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
