Requriments for this Trick:-
1. 3g Enabled Sim with 3G Network.
2. APN:- Default [airtelgprs.com].
3. Small Data or Net Pack[First try without Data pack]
4. Main Balance Should be Zero.
5. Troid VPN for Android Mobile.

Just you need to follow these simple steps :-
1. Download and install Troid VPN in Mobile.
2. Select Server- Any.
3. Now Select Rport - 443
   And Select Lport - 0
4. Then Select TCP in Next Line And Go to Advance Settings.
5. You Need to Tick Mark on Use Proxy for TCP Connection.
Put in Proxy - 158.69.237.1
Put in Proxy Port - 3128
Now Put in Header - header address below
